Your PIN is valid for 1 month from date of issue.

After one month, the PIN expires and you will forfeit your qualifying reward.

The reward entitles you to either a R100 or R200 ABSA Cash Send reward, depending on the reward allocated to you.

You do not have to bank with ABSA in order to redeem this reward.

On redemption, you will receive 2 SMS’es (after 7 working days once redeemed via the redemption platform):

SMS 1 - Contains the cash send withdrawal number to be used at an ABSA ATM

SMS 2 - Contains the unique 6 digit pin code

  1. Once both SMS’es received, you must go to an ABSA ATM and select ‘Cardless Services’.
  2. Enter the 10 digit pin from SMS 1.
  3. The ATM will display the available funds in ‘Wallet’.
  4. Enter the 6 digit pin from SMS 2 in order to withdraw funds.

The ABSA Cash Send SMS's are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

All funds have to be withdrawn in one transaction. If all the funds are not withdrawn in one transaction, the remaining funds will be forfeited
